Women Empowerment

UERD works to strengthen the social and economic empowerment of women by promoting leadership, dignity, participation, and self-reliance. Through community-based initiatives, life skills development, income-generating opportunities, social protection programmes, and collaboration with the Department of Women Affairs, we support vulnerable women in improving their livelihoods, enhancing decision-making capacity, and achieving greater economic and social inclusion.
