Community Development

UERD works with rural communities in the Haor region to promote inclusive and sustainable community development through active participation, local leadership, and community-driven initiatives. We facilitate community engagement, capacity building, awareness raising, stakeholder collaboration, and participatory planning to strengthen local resilience and improve the well-being of vulnerable populations. By working closely with community members, local government institutions, and development partners, UERD supports locally led solutions that foster social inclusion, resilience, and sustainable development.
